Existing bakery ordering platforms often lack aesthetic appeal, intuitive navigation, and personalized shopping experiences. Users find it difficult to explore products, leading to low engagement and abandoned carts. The challenge was to design a visually appealing and functionally rich app that encourages easy product discovery and quick checkout while maintaining an engaging shopping experience.

The primary objective was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly platform for ordering bakery products. Key goals included:✔ Enhancing product discovery through clean categorization and high-quality visuals.✔ Optimizing the purchase journey with an intuitive interface and seamless navigation.✔ Improving engagement and retention with interactive elements like product ratings, detailed descriptions, and a wishlist feature.

To create a best-in-class bakery shopping experience, I conducted research through:📌 User Interviews – Understanding how users browse, select, and purchase baked goods.📌 Competitive Analysis – Analyzing top bakery e-commerce apps to identify best practices and improvement areas.📌 Usability Testing – Testing wireframes and prototypes to ensure effortless navigation and functionality.

Findings revealed that users prioritize visual appeal, quick navigation, and detailed product information before making a purchase.

💡 Wireframing & Sketching – Created low-fidelity wireframes to define the app’s structure and flow.🎨 Prototyping – Designed interactive Figma prototypes to simulate the user experience and test functionalities.🔍 User Testing – Gathered feedback to refine product detail pages, cart interactions, and checkout processes.
