Most admin panels are cluttered, lack visual hierarchy, and make it difficult for users to navigate data seamlessly. The challenge was to create a clean, structured, and engaging UI that improves decision-making while maintaining clarity, speed, and efficiency.

✔ Improve user experience by designing a well-organized, easy-to-navigate dashboard.✔ Optimize data visualization through structured layouts and clear typography.✔ Enhance efficiency by enabling quick order management and seamless operations.✔ Ensure scalability for businesses of various sizes.

📌 User Research: Interviewed business owners and admins to understand workflow challenges.📌 Competitive Analysis: Studied leading dashboard interfaces to identify usability gaps.📌 Usability Testing: Conducted testing to ensure smooth navigation and interaction flow.

Findings revealed that users needed quick access to key insights, simplified order tracking, and a clear approval process to make efficient business decisions.

💡 Wireframing & Sketching – Defined dashboard layout, navigation, and key features.🎨 Prototyping – Built interactive prototypes in Figma to test usability.🔍 User Testing – Gathered feedback to refine the order management flow and sales tracking interface.

Existing bakery ordering platforms often lack aesthetic appeal, intuitive navigation, and personalized shopping experiences. Users find it difficult to explore products, leading to low engagement and abandoned carts. The challenge was to design a visually appealing and functionally rich app that encourages easy product discovery and quick checkout while maintaining an engaging shopping experience.

The primary objective was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly platform for ordering bakery products. Key goals included:✔ Enhancing product discovery through clean categorization and high-quality visuals.✔ Optimizing the purchase journey with an intuitive interface and seamless navigation.✔ Improving engagement and retention with interactive elements like product ratings, detailed descriptions, and a wishlist feature.

To create a best-in-class bakery shopping experience, I conducted research through:📌 User Interviews – Understanding how users browse, select, and purchase baked goods.📌 Competitive Analysis – Analyzing top bakery e-commerce apps to identify best practices and improvement areas.📌 Usability Testing – Testing wireframes and prototypes to ensure effortless navigation and functionality.

Findings revealed that users prioritize visual appeal, quick navigation, and detailed product information before making a purchase.

💡 Wireframing & Sketching – Created low-fidelity wireframes to define the app’s structure and flow.🎨 Prototyping – Designed interactive Figma prototypes to simulate the user experience and test functionalities.🔍 User Testing – Gathered feedback to refine product detail pages, cart interactions, and checkout processes.

Analyzed existing bakery e-commerce solutions to create a more engaging and user-friendly design.

🖌 Visual Appeal: High-resolution product images, a soft pastel color scheme, and a clean layout enhance the browsing experience.📑 Categorization & Filters: Users can easily explore cakes, muffins, cookies, and more.🛒 Smooth Checkout Process: A simplified cart experience ensures faster order completion.

🚧 Challenge: Ensuring a visually rich yet lightweight app for smooth performance.✅ Solution: Optimized image assets and used a minimalistic design approach to balance aesthetics and performance.

🚧 Challenge: Making the app engaging yet functional for all age groups.✅ Solution: Used simple UI elements, clear CTAs, and intuitive icons for easy navigation.

🎯 Enhanced shopping experience – Users could effortlessly browse and purchase bakery items.📈 Higher engagement – The app’s visual appeal and seamless UI encouraged users to explore more products.🛍 Faster checkout conversions – Optimized product pages and a smooth cart process reduced drop-offs.

This project highlighted the importance of balancing aesthetics and functionality in e-commerce UI/UX. Conducting user testing at every stage was crucial in refining the design to meet customer needs and expectations.

The Bakery App UI is a perfect blend of aesthetic elegance and user-friendly interactions, making online bakery shopping a delightful experience. With intuitive navigation, rich visuals, and a seamless checkout process, the app successfully enhances customer engagement and conversions.
